1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made within the specified time frame. Full refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

2. Partial Refunds

For cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours before the tour, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after a cancellation request is approved. Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Any environmental or reef taxes collected are non-refundable, as they are allocated to local conservation efforts.

6. Rescheduling

Guests may request a change of tour date up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour may incur an additional fee.
